Dan came into the Pharmacy for our first meeting in a pair of thongs, beard, long hair and a hat on and sat and listened to our needs. He had an unconventional approach and when asked if he needed to write down any notes he said that he had it covered. We were used to sitting in front of suits with clipboards. When leaving Dan made some commitments to us and left. My business partner looked at me and said “Dan is either very good at what he does or we just wasted 30 mins”. That evening at dinner with my business partners merely a couple of hours later we received a detailed email that summarised our needs, the way forward and commitments for the next step. We looked at each other and confirmed that we were in the right spot and Dan was our man for the job. He understood our needs from day one, his recall and follow up was exceptional and he always delivered on his promises, something that was extremely important to me as a business owner. Dan assisted us in making a transition easy and took a lot of the workload away from us which allowed us to keep our focus on our business growth. His relaxed unconventional approach was refreshing, and his commitment to getting things done and being readily available when ever we needed him was admirable. We still have a great relationship today and look forward to working with Dan and the Team at Coffs Coast Finance in the future.
